We are parents of a 3 year old boy who is waiting a diagnosis for Autism. Looking after our son is very challenging and is made even more difficult being in a first floor flat with a neighbour below who complains on a regular basis about the noise he makes. At rock bottom, and both highly stressed and anxious and struggling to find a solution, we were recommended to contact Bryher by another mother she had previously helped, to try to resolve our housing issue. Bryher was very friendly, understanding and showed a lot of empathy towards our situation and said she would be happy to help in any way she can. We are very grateful for her support and are currently awaiting the outcome of our housing situation.
