I contacted helping kids shine for private therapy to help my daughter’s speech and developmental delay. We worked with Nicola who was always kind, friendly and supportive towards myself and my daughter. Nicola could have easily signed my daughter up to private therapy and I would’ve happily paid the cost, however Nicola felt this was not needed and advised to give my daughter more time before paying for private therapy. An honest and genuine opinion like this goes a long way, as I would’ve happily have paid out money for this therapy for my daughter, but I could immediately see that this service was created to help families in need before anything else. Nicola has kept in contact continuously, and although my daughter’s file has now been closed I know that Nicola is only a phone call away for any help and advice that I need. I will continue to recommend Helping Kids Shine to anyone who passes my way. I cannot recommend them enough. It is the most amazing service I’ve ever came across and I can only imagine how much help and support they give to other people/families. Thank you.
